1. About us

MapleLink Support Inc. ("MapleLink", "we") is an independent, Canadian-owned company providing in-home internet, WiFi, and connected-device support. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by TELUS, Bell, Rogers, Vidéotron, Eastlink, SaskTel, or any other telecommunications provider. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.

2. Using this website

This website provides information about our services and lets you request appointments. By using it, you agree to these terms. Don't misuse the site (scraping, spamming the chat, attempting unauthorized access).

3. Services & pricing

Services are provided under a service agreement signed at your appointment, which forms part of these terms. In summary:

Flat-rate pricing is quoted before work begins; hardware is charged at documented cost only with your approval
Fix-or-free: if we cannot resolve the reported issue, the visit fee is waived
Our work carries a 30-day warranty; issues caused by new faults or provider changes are new visits (care-plan members excepted)
The care plan ($24/month) is cancellable anytime with one message

4. What we don't promise

We are not your internet provider. We do not control, and are not responsible for: provider network availability, speeds, outages, pricing, or service changes; equipment failures caused by pre-existing conditions, building wiring, power events, or provider equipment; or consequential losses (lost income, missed appointments) from any service interruption. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited under applicable consumer-protection law.

Our services may involve equipment or services of third parties (your internet provider, hardware manufacturers). Their terms and warranties apply to their products and networks, and we pass through any manufacturer warranty information we provide.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable there. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Alberta.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time; the current version is always posted here. Continued use of the website or services after changes means you accept the updated terms.
